FOR FOUNDERS
Whether you’re navigating the messy middle, planning what’s next, or simply want another perspective on your brand, feel free to get in touch.
Tell me a little about your business, where things are feeling stuck, or what you’re hoping to build, and I’ll be in touch to continue the conversation.
FOR FOUNDERS
YOU?
Have you reached the point where doing everything yourself stops being the reason the business feels personal and starts becoming the thing that’s holding your business back?
One day you’re taking product photos on your phone because it’s quicker than briefing someone else. You’re updating the website after dinner because nobody knows it like you do. You’re answering enquiries, writing newsletters, organising shoots, chasing suppliers, fixing little problems that somehow become your responsibility.
None of those jobs are difficult on their own.
Together, they slowly become the way you spend all your time.
That’s the messy middle
-
Your business has grown beyond where it started, but not yet to the point where there’s a creative director, marketing manager, web team and content department taking care of everything behind the scenes. So you become all of them.
The irony is that while you’re working harder than ever, your brand often begins to feel less connected. The website no longer reflects where the business is today. Photography comes from three different shoots over five years. Social media has no rhythm. Marketing becomes reactive instead of intentional.
-
Most businesses don’t need another agency. They don’t need another person selling another isolated service. They need someone who can step into the middle of everything, understand where the business is heading, and quietly bring all of the moving parts back into alignment.
That’s where I work. Photography might be the starting point. Or video. Or rebuilding a website. Or something else.
Sometimes it’s improving the customer journey. Sometimes it’s about creating content for the next six months. Sometimes it’s simply helping make better creative decisions before time and money disappear in the wrong direction.
The work changes. The objective doesn’t.
Create a business that feels clear, consistent and easy to run. I’ve spent more than two decades working with brands, founders and creative businesses. During that time I’ve learnt that good businesses rarely struggle because they lack ideas.
They struggle because every new idea gets added to the last one.
A new logo sits beside an old website.
UGC not really carrying the load your thought it would. Marketing says one thing while the business delivers another. Piece by piece, good intentions can become a collection of disconnected decisions. The answer usually isn’t to start again. It’s to pull everything back into one clear direction.

ME
I handle that messy middle.
The goal isn’t simply better photography. Or a better website. Or more content.
It’s giving founders back their headspace to focus on the reason they started their business in the first place.
I remove the burden of you fully managing your brand’s creative side so you can run your business. Because the best creative work isn’t the work that gets noticed.
It’s the work that quietly makes everything else easier.

“I can't recommend Jody's wraparound services highly enough. I initially engaged him for a photo shoot & he was able to capture incredible shots which I've used endlessly and have become the look and feel of the brand, but to be able have him support me in my digital vision across web platforms and functionality, and then bring it to life so rapidly was so valuable. He remains my go-to for my strategic digital decisions regarding my online presence & offerings.”

“Jody single handedly lifted my business with website design, photography and built a seamless On Demand platform for my classes. This shift has been a real game changer for me and has allowed me to not only reach my clients and students digitally when I could not connect with them in person but has also created multiple new income streams and opened up new opportunities that previously had seemed unattainable. Since I started working with Jody he has continually added value to my business and been a huge part of the growth of the Bad Yogi brand.”

“I can 10/10 highly recommend Jody.
Jody is amazing at problem solving. I had a very complex workflow to put together and Jody helped to scope out the project, develop the flow of the site and went out of his way to find solutions to my business. Jody provided above and beyond. He is highly professional and has great vision. He has a creative eye and provides sleek design.
I loved that Jody is a one stop shop for everything I needed for my business. I can’t recommend him enough.”
